PRESEASON TRYOUTS BEGIN ON MONDAY, AUGUST 22ND!

Please note there will be practice sessions in which players are placed into groups and each group will attend an 1.5-2 hour practice session. For example, group 1 will come from 10am-11:40am and group 2 will come from 11:30am-1:00pm. Players will be notified ahead of time about groups/practice times. Due to the possibility of time changes (inclement weather, field availability), we ask that you keep your schedules free and open for the tryout period.
- Monday, August 21st: Fitness will begin between 8:00am and 8:30am; Field session will run between 10:00am-1:00pm
- Tuesday, August 22nd: All players will report for a session that will run from 7:00am-10:00am (we will conduct a fitness test first and then use the field)
- Wednesday, August 23rd: Fitness will begin at 6:45am and we will run a field session between 7:00am-10:00am
- Thursday, August 24th: All players will report for a session that will run from 7:00am-10:00am (we will conduct a fitness test first and then use the field)
- Friday, August 25th: All players will report for a session that will run from 10:00am-1:00pm (we will conduct a fitness workout first)
- Saturday, August 26th: All players will report for a session that will run from 7:00am-10:00am
- Sunday, August 27th: OFF
- All athletes must be medically cleared before participating in preseason tryouts
- All athletes must bring the following to all of our training sessions:
- Cleats
- Shin guards
- Sneakers - sneakers will be used for fitness sessions/testing, but you may also need them in the event we need to move indoors
- Indoor training shoes (if you have them)
- Water/Sports Drinks
- Snacks/Food - depending on how long your session is
- Sunscreen - In the event of inclement weather, training sessions may be moved indoors and that schedule may not be the same. Please do your best to allow flexibility in your schedules.
